Reborn Studios Refund Policy

At Reborn Studios, we prioritize customer satisfaction while maintaining clear and transparent policies. All sales are final. Please carefully review our refund policy before making a purchase.


Damaged or Defective Items

We only accept returns for damaged or defective items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@rebornstudios.online to initiate the return process.
  • Provide photo or video evidence of the damage/defect.
  • Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the return.
  • The replacement or refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Exclusions (No Returns, No Refunds, No Chargebacks)

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Customer error, including incorrect sizing, wrong shipping address, or ordering the wrong item.
  • Preorders and made-to-order items (these are clearly labeled with estimated fulfillment times).
  • Dissatisfaction with shipping time (our estimated shipping times are clearly stated before purchase).
  • Lost or stolen packages (once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, it is the customer's responsibility).
  • Chargebacks will not be accepted, as all policies are clearly stated and agreed upon at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If a package is marked as delivered but is missing, customers must file a claim directly with USPS. We will not issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.


Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved for a damaged or defective item, Reborn Studios will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.
