Welcome to Reborn Studios! By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Terms

  • By placing an order with Reborn Studios, you acknowledge and agree to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy as outlined on our website.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit purchases at our discretion.
  • All products, prices, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All sales are final once an order is placed. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Customers must provide accurate billing and shipping information. Reborn Studios is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect details.
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and other payment gateways listed at checkout.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes will not be accepted. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks (in rare cases, up to 3 weeks). Premade items ship within 3-5 business days.
  • Made-to-order and preorder items require additional time and will be labeled accordingly.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they are available at the designated shipping address on the expected delivery date.
  • Once a package is handed over to USPS, Reborn Studios is no longer responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any delivery issues must be addressed with USPS customer service.
  • We do not offer refunds, replacements, or chargebacks for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by USPS.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We only accept returns for defective or damaged items.
  • Customers must report defects or damages within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@rebornstudios.online with proof of damage.
  • Approved returns will receive a prepaid return shipping label, and a refund or replacement will be processed once we receive the returned item.
  • Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or delays in shipping.

5. Product Availability & Preorders

  • Some products may be partially made-to-order (e.g., standard sizes are premade, while specialty sizes are pre-order).
  • Preorders and made-to-order items cannot be canceled or refunded, as shipping timelines are clearly stated before purchase.
  • If an item is listed as preorder or made-to-order, it may take 1-2 weeks (or in rare cases, 3 weeks) for production and delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, product designs, and images on Reborn Studios are the exclusive property of Reborn Studios and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Reborn Studios is not responsible for any damages, delays, or losses caused by shipping carriers, third-party services, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the purchased item(s).
