At Reborn Studios, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy before making a purchase.

Shipping Timeline

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 weeks from the purchase date (in rare cases, up to 3 weeks).
  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped.

Premade vs. Made-to-Order Items

  • Some products are premade and will be labeled as such in the product description. These items ship within 3-5 business days.
  • If an item is labeled as made to order, it means the product is not currently in our facility. These items require 1-2 weeks to be made and shipped (in rare cases, up to 3 weeks).
  • Certain products may be partially made to order. For example:
    • Sizes S-XL are premade and ready to ship.
    • Sizes XS and 2XL are pre-order and will require additional time for fulfillment.

By placing an order, you agree to these shipping terms and conditions. Refunds and chargebacks will not be accepted due to clear communication of our shipping policies.

Delivery Times

  • All orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.
  • Delivery times may vary for international orders due to location and customs clearance.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.

Order Tracking

  • Customers can track their orders using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

  • We are not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to USPS. At that point, any issues or claims regarding delivery must be handled directly with USPS customer service.
  • Customers are responsible for being available at the designated delivery location on the scheduled delivery day.

No refunds or chargebacks will be accepted due to our clearly stated shipping policies.
