How do I know what size to order?
We provide a detailed size guide on each product page to help you choose the perfect fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
 What is your shipping and processing time?
Most of our inventory is premade and ships within 2-3 days. Pre-orders and specialty sizes take 2-3 weeks to ship. Please check the product details to confirm whether an item is premade or a pre-order.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is handed over to USPS, we are no longer responsible for any delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or chargebacks for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by USPS.
For any delivery issues, please contact USPS customer service directly.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Customers must report damages within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@rebornstudios.online with proof of damage.
Approved returns will receive a prepaid return shipping label, and a refund or replacement will be processed once we receive the returned item.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are NOT accepted for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or shipping delays.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally at this time. We currently only ship within the United States.
